Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Introduced in the second season of the hit Netflix series created by the Duffer brothers, Maxime "Max" Mayfield is a rebellious teenager with a passion for skateboarding and arcade games, who quickly becomes part of Hawkins' group of friends. She has a strong temperament and is deeply affected by local drama and the loss of her brother Billy. In the fourth season, she finds herself directly targeted by Vecna's curse, barely surviving at the cost of serious physical after-effects. This edition is part of the official collection dedicated to the fifth and final season of the series, illustrating her enduring role at the heart of the final struggle to seal the cracks in the Upside Down once and for all.
